Government announcements regarding traffic light update - 26 August

Due to the latest updates from the UK Government regarding travel advice and the latest updates to the traffic light system, please note that we are extremely busy dealing with bookings travelling up to 26 September that are impacted by being on the red list and assisting those customers that may be affected in a strict departure date order. If you are due to travel during this period and your destination is on the red list, a member of our team will be in touch.

If you are due to travel within this date to a Green or Amber list destination your holiday is going ahead unless otherwise notified. Please check all destination entry requirements before travelling. If you are unable to adhere to the Amber list requirements please contact our team as soon as possible so we can review your file for date amendment. No refunds will be offered for travel destinations within the Green and Amber list.

For all departures from 26 September onwards, we will continue to review the UK Government advice and currently your holiday remains operational unless otherwise notified. Should you have a balance to pay, we suggest making payment as normal and if your booking does become impacted or remains on the red list within 3-4 weeks of departure we will be in touch to discuss your amend/refund options. No refund will be offered for your booking at this stage.

Due to the latest updates from the UK Government regarding travel advice and the latest updates to the traffic light system, please note that we are extremely busy dealing with bookings travelling up to 05 September, and assisting those customers that may be affected in a strict departure date order.  If you are due to travel during this period and your destination is in the red zone, a member of our team will be in touch.

If you are due to travel within this date to a Green or Amber zone destination your holiday is going ahead unless otherwise notified.  Please check all destination entry requirements before travelling.  If you are unable to adhere to the Amber zone requirements please contact our team as soon as possible so we can review your file for date amendment.  No refunds will be offered for travel destinations within the Green and Amber Zone.

For all departures from 06 September onwards, we will continue to review the UK Government advice and currently your holiday remains operational unless otherwise notified.  Should you have a balance to pay, we suggest making payment as normal and if your booking does become impacted or remain on the red list within 3-4 weeks of departure we will be in touch to discuss your amend/refund options.  Should you not wish to make payment due to uncertainty, do not worry, we will be in touch.  We are automatically extending balances in the background and we will be in touch if we are unable to extend your balance due to supplier commit to discuss your options to amend your holiday.  No refund will be offered for your booking at this stage.
