The word Anassa hails from ancient Greek meaning 'queen' and indeed, Thanos Anassa is a real jewel in Cyprus’ hotel industry: a palace along the lines of an all-seasons resort but also exuding the charm of a traditional Cypriot village.

These two opulent one-bedroom suites are situated on the top floor of the main building. With luxurious bathroom with sea views and a private whirlpool on the balcony, both suites maximise their elevated position overlooking the infinite blue of the Mediterranean, the Akamas Peninsula and New Chorio Village. Anax Suite Two Bedroom
Meaning ‘King’ in classical Greek, the Anax Suite is a palatial retreat located on Anassa’s highest floor. Highlights include a sumptuously decorated rotunda sitting room with painted domed ceiling and arched windows showcasing wide-reaching views of Chrysochou Bay. The romantically candlelit Basiliko is Anassa's signature gourmet restaurant. The culinary journey begins by a winding stone staircase into a stone cavern. Basiliko is the perfect setting to enjoy a romantic dinner for two or a cosy dinner among friends.
